    Can be current flow without wire i.e wirelessly?

    Absolutely not, but you can convert it in Electromagnetic waves which can transfer your power wirelessly.

    It includes signaling of power then transferring it in samples or say packages, which at other end can be de sampled and regained in original signal.

    So if want to transfer current wirelessly you need to convert it in another energy form.
