    Dear all,

I am currently working in a electrical distribution company and facing a challenge regarding the explanation of DC charger earth fault,in our 33/11 KV substation we have 110 VDC,120 mAH battery charger, the charger make sre predominantly STATCON/AMCON. I never found any earthing point in these types of charger but whenever i measured the positive or negative voltage with respect to earth i found the values sum of which is equals to the voltage across the charger positive and negative terminals. My question is please explain me the points where a battery charger can be earthed, since i have no drawings with me and the makers of chargers stop providing support for these chargers, right now i am help less.

If my language make you understand my view point, let me know.
